The Diana Award hosted a Project Management Training Day in partnership with Crystal Jade Consulting and ITV Fixers.
On the 24th June 2013 the Diana Award hosted a Project Management Training session as part of the Diana Training and Mentoring Programme. Over 30 young people came together to be trained in four key modules:
Module One: What is Project Management?
Module Two: Project Planning and Resourcing
Module Three: Risks and Issues
Module Four: Managing Budgets
